I love early Spring days when cold and gray slowly give in to warmth and sunshine. My youngest daughter is in preschool and her class is collecting violets to make Violet Jelly (how I love those projects!). Of course she brought the idea home and thus a beautiful afternoon was spent. Playing in the sunshine, picking violets; I couldn’t resist the urge to grab my camera and snap a few shots for posterity’s sake. I’m also looking forward to tasting the jelly.
